Our limited edition with Ina Wihler: skin-contact Grauburgunder from the volcanic slopes of the Kaiserstuhl, in a bottle spray-painted especially for Umlaut. Ina farms her 2.5 hectares organically and biodynamically, ferments everything spontaneously and bottles with minimal intervention, just like the women of her family who tended these vines before her.

Juicy, gently grippy orange with warm stone-fruit depth. Drink it, keep the bottle.

Drink with: spicy noodles, roast pumpkin, or washed-rind cheese.
