Helios | Pét-nat 2024

Nick Pratt is a Californian ex-sommelier and DJ who traded Berlin nightlife for vineyards in Schnait, Württemberg, after a year at the biodynamic Odinstal estate. Wengerter is Swabian for winegrower; the "Und" is everything else that shapes a wine. This pét-nat blends Riesling with Helios, a rare fungus-resistant grape named after the sun god, bottled mid-ferment so the bubbles make themselves.

Fresh, sunny and lightly wild. New winemaker, new grape, old-fashioned fun.
