Lesom | Strömung 2023

Strömung means current, and there's plenty of it in here. This is Lesom's pét-nat: sparkling Riesling from their steep slate parcels, bottled while still fermenting so all the bubbles are the wine's own doing. That's the ancestral method, the way sparkling wine was made long before champagne got organised. Nothing added, nothing filtered out.

Dry, lively, a little wild at the edges. The bottle to open when people are still standing up.

Drink with: salty fries, fried chicken, or apéro hour in general.
