Weingut Prana | Pét-Nat 2024

Naturally sparkling Riesling from Cosi and Nik of Weingut Prana, who farm their Rheingau parcels in Oestrich-Winkel organically and do everything by hand: picking, pressing, bottling. Pét-nat means the wine goes into the bottle mid-ferment, so every bubble is homemade.

Zippy, cloudy, alive. Open cold and over a sink, just in case.

Drink with: brunch, fried chicken, or no reason at all.
