Rosé with actual character, from Cosi and Nik of Weingut Prana in the Rheingau. Two career changers who met at wine school, farming 4.5 hectares organically since 2021: hand-picked, spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, hand-bottled, minimal sulphur.

Delicately pink with proper bite. Summer wine that survives autumn.
