The new vintage of Nick Pratt's homage to his mother: a cuvée of the white grapes in his cellar, this year Riesling, Helios and Silvaner from the sandstone and marl slopes of the Remstal. Wengerter is Swabian for winegrower; the "Und" is everything else that shapes a wine, mothers included.
