Paul Peifer grew up on his family's estate in Traben-Trarbach, where his parents make classic Mosel wines. Paul went his own way: steep slate slopes, spontaneous fermentation, minimal everything. ZoefSaft is his fun one, a naturally sparkling blend of Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Riesling.

Zoef is Dutch for the sound of something disappearing fast. Consider yourself warned. Chill it hard, open it outside, share it or don't.
