Wengerter Und | Cuvée Lynn 2023

Nick Pratt named this cuvée after his mother: a blend of the white varieties in his cellar, this year Helios and Silvaner, from his parcels around Schnait in the Remstal. Nick swapped Berlin nightlife for vines after a year at the biodynamic Odinstal estate, and Lynn is his ode to where it all really started.

Sunny, gentle and quietly heartfelt. Mum would approve.
