Lemberger is Württemberg's great red grape, and Nick Pratt gives it the light-handed treatment: wild ferment, gentle extraction, nothing flashy. Vom Roten Kerf points to the red-tinged cut of land it grows on in the Remstal, where Nick has been collecting small parcels since his first vintage in 2023.
