Madame Flöck | Mike 2023

Mike is the orange one: Müller-Thurgau with time on the skins, from Robert Kane's hand-worked terraces in the Lower Mosel. Müller-Thurgau is usually the shy kid of German wine, but give it skin contact and it turns out to have plenty to say. Wild ferment, old wood, minimal sulphur, unfiltered.

Golden, gently grippy and aromatic. An orange wine with Mosel manners.

Drink with: ramen, tagine, or funky cheese.
