The friendliest bottle in the shop, at least price-wise. Paul Peifer grew up at his family's estate in Traben-Trarbach, where his parents make classic Mosel wines; Paul does his own natural thing on the same steep slate slopes. Müller-Thurgau rarely gets this much respect: spontaneous fermentation, minimal everything.

Light, floral, easy. Stock up, it goes fast.

Drink with: green salads, weeknight everything, or lunch.
