The house red, built for the fridge. Forty percent Dornfelder for structure, thirty Spätburgunder and thirty Portugieser for lift, all spontaneously fermented on the skins and aged in stainless steel on Niklas Rückrich's volcanic porphyry soils in Rheinhessen.

Sour cherry, redcurrant, rosehip and a herbal core. Light on its feet, full of character, best served chilled.

Drink with: pizza, charcuterie, or nothing but sunshine.
