Our own limited edition, made together with Niklas Rückrich for Bennies Restaurant in Amsterdam. Niklas is the fourth generation on his family estate in Eckelsheim, Rheinhessen, where the vines grow on rare volcanic porphyry soil. Organic farming, spontaneous fermentation, nothing added, nothing taken away.

Skin-contact Pinot Gris with proper tangerine energy: juicy, zesty, lightly grippy. Orange wine for people who think they don't like orange wine.
