The skin-contact one from Cosi and Nik, the Geisenheim-trained duo behind Weingut Prana in Oestrich-Winkel. This year it's pure Riesling, fermented wild on its skins and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur, everything done by hand on their 4.5 organically farmed hectares, letting the grapes and the vintage do the talking.

Golden, textured and approachable. Orange wine without the intimidation factor.
